Family Apparel wants you to be happy with your clothing and accessory purchase and with your buying experience with us! To ensure quick, easy, and pleasant transactions, we provide the following policies.
Privacy Policy: Any information obtained in the process of our transaction will be kept strictly confidential; we do not give out any of your information to anyone!
Return Policy: All items are thoroughly described, with pictures provided. Please check size measurements provided in ad, refer to size charts provided, and ask questions about sizing before purchasing. We do not sell worn, ripped, or stained clothing or accessories. All items are clean and ready-to-wear, and in many cases, clothes will have the tag from the dry cleaners still attached. Clothing may be wrinkled due to storage and/or shipment. If for any reason you are unsatisfied with your purchase, please email within one week of receiving shipment. Returns are accepted in original condition for refund or store credit, minus shipping costs.
Shipping: All shipping quotes stated are via United States Postal Service by Parcel Post Mail. Priority Mail shipping is available for additional charge. Delivery confirmation and/or insurance is available if desired at actual cost. Add .60 for delivery confirmation, and/or, $1.35 for up to $50.00 of insurance coverage in case of loss or damage. Orders are sent out the same day, or day after your payment clears. Excludes weekends.
Payment: We accept personal checks, business checks, and money orders. These are our preferred methods of payment. For your convenience, we do accept all credit card payments with secure check out thru paypal. Google Check-out will be available in the near future. Orders are not shipped until payment clears.
Overseas Customers: Please email your country of origin for shipping costs. At this time, only paypal can be accepted for international payments. Sorry for this inconvenience.
Additional pictures of all clothing and accessories can be provided upon request.
